FAQS
Below FAQ are some common concerns of Buzbug products, if you have other questions, if you have other questions, please just send it to support@buzbug.com
Is it normal to make a loud noise while killing mosquitoes?
The working theory of the electronic mosquito killer is to use trap lamps to attract mosquitoes and then kill them instantly by electrostatic shock. There is no chemical volatilization so that it is a very environmentally way to kill mosquitoes. The shortcoming is that when mosquitoes hit the grid, there will be an electric shock sound.
Why are there still mosquitoes with a mosquito killer at home?
There is too much attraction around mosquitoes except the trapping light from the device, such as people, pets, lights at home, etc. Mosquitoes will be only interested in other things when people or animals are not around. This is a natural drive.
Tip 1: Leave the house, only with the electric mosquito killer on.
Tip 2: Add food attractants to trap mosquitoes can carry out better performance of the device.
Why do some flies stop on the electric grid without death?
Flies are bigger than mosquitoes. So, killing flies at a time depends on the flying postures and the collision place on the grid. Therefore, it’s may only make flies dizzy with one-time shock.
